The parts Mazda stopped making. We didn't.
Saiko MFG started the way most good garage stories do: with a part that didn't exist anymore.
The manual steering rack guide bushing on the NA Miata — a small piece of a great steering feel — was discontinued. Every option was a workaround: worn used parts or nothing. So we made our own. Properly. And it turned out we weren't the only ones who needed it: that bushing now ships across the US and around the world, and we're the only manufacturer of it left anywhere.
That set the direction for everything since. We make the parts the big companies won't bother with — molded rubber antenna delete plugs (not 3D-printed plastic), hardware kits in the right finishes, the small pieces that separate a clean build from an almost-clean one. Designed, made, and shipped from our shop in the US, usually the next business day.
We're not a warehouse. When you email us, you get the person who made your part. When you order, it ships fast because the person packing it is the person whose name is on the door.
What we believe
- If Mazda gave up on a part people still need, that's our job now.
- Real materials beat cheap shortcuts. Every time.
